GENERAL BRIDGE INFORMATION

The Bridge is located at Stari Banovci, small town, 20 km from the Belgrade. The construction of the bridge solved the problem of pedestrians crossing over the Budovar Canal. In addition to the requirements of the design task the extremely limiting factor were the Client funds. This problem is solved with light weight steel structure, of unusual forms, and rigid enough to meet the requirements of serviceability for pedestrian bridge. The total bridge span is 30m, width 4,0 m. Width of the concrete carriageway slab is 3,0 m.
